1. The Service
Timber View Hauling ("we," "us," "our") provides curbside junk removal services within our designated Northeast Colorado Springs service area. Our service is strictly curbside: we do not enter homes, garages, or interior spaces. By using our website, submitting an estimate, or booking a pickup, you agree to these terms.
2. Estimates & Final Pricing
- Online estimates are good-faith approximations based on the information you provide. They are not binding quotes.
- Final pricing is confirmed before service — typically via photos you text us and/or visual verification on arrival.
- Loads containing heavy or dense material (concrete, dirt, sod, masonry, tile, wet plaster) are subject to supplemental charges at the transfer-station pass-through rate of $0.10 per pound, finalized against official scale tickets.
- If the actual pile materially differs from the described or photographed items, we will confirm any revised price with you before loading.
3. Curbside Staging Requirements
- Items must be staged within 10 feet of your curb, driveway, or street-accessible area by 8:00 AM on your pickup day.
- You are responsible for ensuring items are lawfully placed and that the staged materials are yours to dispose of.
- Do not place items in a manner that blocks sidewalks, traffic, or neighboring property.
4. Prohibited Items
We cannot accept hazardous or regulated materials, including but not limited to: automobile batteries, wet paint, motor oil and automotive fluids, household chemicals, pesticides, loose tires, pressurized gas cylinders, asbestos, and medical/biological waste. Loads containing prohibited items will be rejected, and any contaminated portion of a load may be declined entirely.
5. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number through our website, estimator, or by texting us, you agree to receive SMS messages from Timber View Hauling (delivered via the Twilio platform and direct messaging) related to your estimates, scheduling, and service.
- Message frequency varies with your active service requests. Messages are transactional/service-related, not marketing blasts.
- Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at (719) 502-1970.
- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing our services — you may always book by phone or email instead.
6. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at booking. Unpaid balances may be subject to collection remedies permitted by Colorado law.
7. Liability
We exercise reasonable care in loading and hauling your items. Because all items must be staged curbside by you, you are responsible for the placement and stability of staged piles and for any items left in or near the pile that are not intended for disposal. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Website Use
Content on this website is provided for general information. We may update or modify the site and these terms at any time. Automated scraping, abuse of our forms, or attempts to interfere with the site are prohibited.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or local courts of El Paso County, Colorado.
