Timber View Hauling uses SMS messaging (delivered through the Twilio platform and via direct text) to communicate with customers who have provided their phone number. By providing your phone number and initiating contact, submitting our online estimate, or texting us first, you consent to receive service-related text messages from us.

  • Types of messages: estimate confirmations, scheduling updates, pickup-day notifications, and responses to your questions.
  • Message frequency varies based on your active service requests.
  • Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as required with service providers (such as Twilio) strictly to deliver the messaging service, or as required by law.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only with:

  • Service providers who help us operate — such as Twilio (SMS delivery), Postmark (email delivery), Cloudflare (spam protection), and Google Analytics (site statistics) — solely to perform those functions.

We retain service records only as long as needed for business and legal purposes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and restricted access, to protect your information.
